All orders are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page.
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it ships.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s estimated delivery window.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or service interruptions once your package is in transit.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees to reship.
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
