Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with FG Design House. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Pre-Made Items

Pre-made (non-customized) items may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customized & Personalized Items

Due to the nature of custom work, all customized and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Items with names, dates, photos, or custom text
  • Personalized colors, themes, or designs
  • Made-to-order items created specifically for the customer

Please review all customization details carefully before submitting your order, as custom items are produced exactly as entered.

Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging orders; however, FG Design House is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • We recommend keeping all original packaging and materials for documentation

Incorrect or Defective Orders (Our Error)

If you receive an item that is incorrect due to an error on our end (such as incorrect wording, design, or product type), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error:

  • We will replace the item at no additional cost
  • Refunds or store credit may be issued at our discretion if replacement is not possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Digital products (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled.
