Whether you are shopping a predesigned collection, customizing a product, or submitting a custom inquiry, our process is designed to keep your experience clear, organized, and beautifully detailed from start to finish.

1. Choose How You Want to Shop
Start by choosing the shopping path that fits your celebration best.
You can shop by occasion, browse event essentials, explore curated collections, or submit a custom inquiry for something more personalized. Whether you already know exactly what you need or you are still pulling your vision together, we’ll guide you toward the right option.
2. Select Your Products or Submit an Inquiry
For ready-to-order and customizable products, select your item, quantity, design options, personalization details, event date, and pickup or shipping preference directly on the website.
For custom requests, submit an inquiry with your event type, event date, theme, colors, inspiration photos, item ideas, and any important details we should know before reviewing your request.
3. Place Your Order Online
All orders must be placed through our website. This allows us to collect your order details, customization information, payment, pickup or shipping preference, and event date in one place.
Orders must be paid in full at checkout. Payment-friendly options may be available at checkout for eligible purchases.
4. Review Your Mockup, If Included
Mockups are provided for custom orders and select personalized items. If your order includes a mockup, you will receive it before production begins.
Please review your mockup carefully for spelling, names, dates, colors, wording, and layout. Once approved, your order will move into production.
5. We Create Your Order
Once your details are confirmed and your mockup is approved, if applicable, we begin designing, printing, producing, or preparing your items.
Production timelines vary by product type, order size, customization level, and current order volume. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your event date.
6. Pickup or Shipping
When your order is ready, you will receive pickup or shipping details.

Shipping is available for eligible products. We recommend ordering early to allow time for production and carrier transit.
